		<description><![CDATA[Why yes Cara, in fact I do! The best way to communicate with your employees is DIRECTLY!! Especially if it is involving a critical matter. The worst thing you can so as a boss is to secretly express a criticism of one of your employees to their co-workers.
Not only can it get back to the employee and cause resentment, it also breeds mistrust throughout the entire organization. It makes people wonder what the boss is saying being THEIR backs!!]]></description>
