1. Sales Letter (Xenith Football Helmet): Xenith
This piece was written for a Writing for the Organization and Client course at Seton Hall. The assignment required students to write a sales letter based on the hypothetical scenario in which they were the sales team from a sports equipment manufacturer trying to persuade a retail sports chain’s regional distribution managers to carry their new product. For this assignment, I researched a real-life company, Xenith football helmets and other true statistics to back up my claims and researched a real sports celebrity, Buffalo Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who used the helmet, as a persuasion tactic. However, the scenario is fictional. Written by Cara Latham.
2. Television Promotional Brochure: TV Promo
This piece was also a hypothetical situation in which students in the Writing for the Organization and Client course were asked to develop content for a brochure for new hypothetical television. Written by Cara Latham.
3. Consulting Flyer: latham_consulting flyer
Written promotional content for this hypothetical Hummingbird brochure was developed by Cara Latham, but the layout was a template provided in the course.
